CEO & Founder; Executive Director, Muslimahs for Change Foundation; Shura Council Member

Samira Maddox, the dynamic founder of Mu Delta Alpha, oversees the strategic and operational leadership of the sorority. With a background in Speech-Language Pathology and business administration, she brings a wealth of experience to her role, guiding the sorority toward fulfilling its mission of empowering Muslim women.

Shura Council Member

Dr. Ahmad, a founding member and a dedicated pediatrician, brings her medical expertise and a deep commitment to educational outreach. Her work focuses on health and mentorship programs within Mu Delta Alpha and the broader community.

National President and Shura Council Member

Since her freshman year at the University of Colorado Denver, Ramsha has been a transformative leader. Her achievements include founding the Zeta Chapter and earning the Lynx Achievement Award for her leadership within Mu Delta Alpha.

Co-Founder and Shura Council Member

An accomplished attorney with a passion for women’s rights, Palwasha helped establish Mu Delta Alpha at the University of Texas at Dallas. Her expertise in law and dedication to community service are instrumental in shaping the sorority’s strategic initiatives.

Hajar Abdulkadir

Honorary Member and Shura Council Member; Undergraduate Student, University of Dallas

A biology major with a rich history of involvement since age 15, Hajar has been instrumental in fundraising and program development for the sorority, notably contributing to the establishment of the Sakina Home for Girls in Kenya.

Shura Council Member and Chair of Compliance

Khendra Henry ensures that all chapters maintain high standards in event management, recruitment, and initiation processes, adhering closely to the Chapter Excellence Program (CEP) standards. Her role is critical in upholding the integrity and consistency of sorority operations across all chapters.
